About me
I'm a qualified executive and instructional coach, trained in a wide range of coaching methodologies including solution-focussed, dilemma-based, BASIC and instructional coaching; most of my coaching outside of Unity Schools Partnership is for Leeds Beckett University's DfE-funded Senior Mental Health Lead training courses (Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced pathways). I'm currently full-time Headteacher at Laureate, a 2-11 primary school and nursery (since January 2013 - part-time Co-Headteacher from September 2024) and an Evidence Lead in Education for Unity Research School; I've previously been a Leading Maths Teacher, Advanced Skills Teacher, Primary National Strategy Consultant, Specialist Leader of Education, USP Wellbeing Lead & USP Raising Standards Lead. I'm passionate about coaching, professional growth and mental health.
