Looking at the importance of dealing with racism as a safeguarding issue. Unpicking examples of racist behaviour and the impact this has on Black and other minority pupils. Recognising and dealing with microaggressions and more overt racist behaviour. Offering strategies and tools to initiate interventions and to give teachers and staff support to be more courageous.
