An educational approach or idea may seem great in principle, but what really matters is how it manifests itself in the day-to-day work of people in schools. The EEF's guidance on effective implementation, and its accompanying resources, help us select, and embed, evidence-informed approaches in line with our vision for improvement. This session will consider how the guidance's new focus on behaviours and context, and refined process can support leaders when implementing change.
