Email etiquette and effective email usage
Friday June 27, 2025 9:30am - 10:25am BST
This will be a workshop about how to use email more efficiently and effectively. Poor email behaviours can cause frustration and waste your colleagues time from emails that are too long, replying to all without consideration and CCing unnecessarily, using email when a face-to-face conversation or phone call would be better and unclear emails with no timescale. Improve your email etiquette and reduce your inbox traffic.

His influence extends beyond music, he has made appearances on major platforms such as BBC Radio, KISS FM, and Channel 5 News, as well as various online publications. Notably, he has also been featured on France 2 of France Televisions, showcasing his international reach.
As one of the UK’s youngest international public speakers at just 23, J actively advocates for neurodiversity. He regularly engages with students and staff in PRUs, academy trusts, schools, and colleges including Kings College London using his platform to promote understanding and acceptance of neurodivergent individuals. His advocacy work includes being an ambassador for organizations such as the ADHD Foundation and UK Youth.
J’s speaking engagements are impactful and far-reaching. He has addressed prominent and prestigious audiences, including the United Nations and UNESCO, and has spoken at large events like the Bournemouth International Centre, where he reached over 1,000 attendees. He also regularly works with global corporations such as McCains, Trustpilot, GXO, Harvey Nichols, Ella’s Kitchen and Johnson Matthey, promoting equality for the one in five individuals who are neurodivergent.
In June 2022, J celebrated neurodiversity by being featured on over 400 billboards across the UK. He released the anthem “We Will Rise,” in collaboration with the London Community Gospel Choir, as part of the Neurodiversity Umbrella Project. In the summer of 2023, J joined the Mayor of London’s Violence Reduction Unit’s young people’s action group, advocating for positive change for young Londoners.
His contributions were widely recognized when he became a finalist for the 2023 National Diversity Awards, standing out among 120,000 nominations.
In early 2024, J was invited to 10 Downing Street to collaborate with the UK Government cementing his role as a leader in the neurodiversity movement.
In 2025 J was spotlighted at the Davos Neurodiversity Summit, become an ambassador for ADHD UK and become an advisor for the charity Missing People.

Kinetic Letters and Guided Drawing/Writing in Early Years LIMITED
Friday June 27, 2025 10:35am - 11:30am BST
Handwriting is a complex skill , far more complex than reading because it involves physical dexterity as well as cognitive processing.
Margaret Williamson, creator of 'Kinetic Letters', addresses : -
1) Physical strength, dexterity and body development
2) Pencil grip
3) Letter and number formation – where they start, where they end
4) Flowing and fluent joined-up writing
This course will guide you through the first two threads of the Kinetic Letters programme - Red Thread : 'Making Bodies Stronger' and Yellow Thread : 'Learning the Letters'. The Red Thread focuses on physical strengthening of the body, motor and spatial preparation and enabling writing positions. The Yellow Thread includes dynamic movements for learning letters, text organisation and sensory experiences for memory and recall.
Come along and see how this can all be put into practice in your Nursery and Reception classrooms through fun and active adult-led sessions as well as looking at how children's physical skills can be developed within continuous provision, indoors and outside, as they play and explore!

Essentially, we’re only ever as good as our habits, and they can become a ceiling on our effectiveness. We’ll consider what we can do to 'break the habit ceiling' and share reflections of our collective working with teachers and leaders.

Ethical veganism, rooted in compassion and respect for all living beings, promotes the idea that every creature deserves to live free from harm and exploitation. This principle aligns closely with EDI, advocating for the fair treatment and inclusion of all individuals, regardless of their background or identity.
We'll discuss how ethical veganism promotes environmental sustainability by reducing our ecological footprint, conserving resources, and protecting biodiversity. This commitment to preserving the environment mirrors the EDI principle of creating inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive.
Just as ethical vegans avoid products that harm animals, we can strive to eliminate practices and policies that marginalise or exclude certain groups. Ethical veganism encourages us to see the interconnectedness of all life, fostering empathy and understanding—key components of EDI.
As part of the session, you’ll also be given ideas to take away for your own personal practices and to share with your students.

Since learning all about the traits, I am currently awaiting an assessment myself. I would like the opportunity to share my PowerPoint with you, so you can learn all about the traits, side effects of medication and how to manage students in your class. I am not a qualified professional so I may not have all the answers but to spread awareness is my ultimate goal.

Friday June 27, 2025 12:45pm - 1:40pm BST
J Grange is an internationally recognised public speaker, musician, and neurodiversity advocate born in London.
His journey has been shaped by significant challenges, including mental health struggles during his education, being permanently excluded from two schools, encounters with police and a diagnosis of ADHD and dyspraxia.
J’s music career gained momentum with his second release, which received substantial attention on YouTube amassing impressive streams.

'A good thing, done well': utilising the updated EEF implementation guidance LIMITED
Friday June 27, 2025 1:50pm - 2:45pm BST
An educational approach or idea may seem great in principle, but what really matters is how it manifests itself in the day-to-day work of people in schools. The EEF's guidance on effective implementation, and its accompanying resources, help us select, and embed, evidence-informed approaches in line with our vision for improvement. This session will consider how the guidance's new focus on behaviours and context, and refined process can support leaders when implementing change.

You're p*ssing off your potential. LIMITED
Friday June 27, 2025 2:55pm - 3:50pm BST
Your potential is fuming.
It’s fed up of sitting in the backseat while you cruise through life with the handbrake on. In this uncomfortably relatable session, we’ll dive into the power of conscious development, the mindset shifts that separate the stuck from the unstoppable, and why stepping outside your comfort zone isn’t a cliché.
You’ll walk away with a sharper mindset and a whole new fire in your belly to build the version of yourself that your potential is ready for you to become.

Friday June 27, 2025 2:55pm - 3:50pm BST
To provide an updated look at what ADHD REALLY is - the science behind the condition, busting the myths and looking at why the strategies you're using aren't working. Having fought the system to have a child recognised when the professionals were saying it was hormones and anxiety, facing the horrors that followed, to then see them ace their GCSEs after 3 months of medication , gaining 2 grades in everything and nearly 3 in others I want to equip you with the same knowledge to fight for your students.
