This will be a workshop about how to use email more efficiently and effectively. Poor email behaviours can cause frustration and waste your colleagues time from emails that are too long, replying to all without consideration and CCing unnecessarily, using email when a face-to-face conversation or phone call would be better and unclear emails with no timescale. Improve your email etiquette and reduce your inbox traffic.

In this session we will cover what the June Tableschecking Exercise is and how it can impact positively or negatively on your school performance tables. This session will take you through the process from identifying students to making the disapplication. Using data and knowledge of the students to identify who may be eligible, we will then look at what evidence is required with real examples of approved disapplications. Common issues and reasons disapplications are rejected. What impact can this have on performance tables?
