Josh is Chaplain to Felixstowe School, and a few years ago completed PhD research exploring how a school vision and ethos interacts with day-to-day school culture. We'll be hearing how and where students tangibly experience ethos in the life of a school, and how we can make a concept like 'belonging' real for everyone, everyday.
