After a year of setting up and running a behaviour unit for pupils at risk of PEX, we've learnt a lot. Some of it good, some not. We will look at why we set it up, what we did, what worked and what didn't. For staff at other schools considering or beginning to set up a behaviour unit it is a chance to look at and ask questions about an example of it in action.

Recognising and dealing with microaggressions and more overt racist behaviour. Offering strategies and tools to initiate interventions and to give teachers and staff support to be more courageous.

Take part in the Virtual Decisions: Knives virtual reality experience to explore choices and decisions in a safe environment, before participating in a greater depth discussion around knife crime. This is a new resource that Suffolk Police are offering to deliver to targeted students who may be at risk of criminality or involvement in knife crime.
