This will look at how language influences perception, response, and outcomes in referrals. The purpose is to be able to apply more precise, risk-focused language in referral writing. There will be a mix of presentation, discussion and group work in this session.
This open discussion invites technicians from across practical subjects to reflect on what helps—and hinders—efficiency in their roles. From time-saving setups to workload pressures and communication with teaching staff, we’ll share what’s working well and where support is still needed. The session aims to generate realistic, peer-informed strategies for increasing productivity while maintaining safety, quality, and job satisfaction.
