Belonging to a team matters. Together, we will explore the important dynamics of belonging in a team, whether that is family, work, community or sports. We will consider purpose, inclusivity, identity and challenges of team development and how teams can work safely and effectively towards common goals. I am fascinated by what it takes to feel safe and happy in a team, and to help people continue to learn and grow.
