This is an open agenda session where technicians across the Trust can come together and discuss the issues they wish to raise in relation to their role. It will provide an opportunity to voice opinions, network with other technicians and share the good practises developed.
PATH is a creative planning process that uses both process and graphic facilitation to create a shared vision of a positive future for individuals, families, teams, and whole organisations. The PATH process is equally as powerful for children and young people as they are for organisations when planning strategy and vision. This session will be led by two trained facilitators. The process facilitator will guide participants through the stages, and a graphic facilitator will create a large graphic record (poster/picture) of each step in the PATH. The key outcomes of a PATH include: • A shared vision within the group of a positive future for USP. • A commitment to action in moving towards this future. • A sense of how to achieve this vision.
