We will look at the importance of relationships between staff and pupils and how we can build these. We will consider how our tone of voice and body language matter as well as the need to rupture relationships and repair them. We will explore how positive relationships can become the core aspect of a school culture, behaviour policy and bring that sense of belonging.

The session is aimed at ECT's or those who have recently become form tutors, we will discuss why the role is so important and how fantastic form tutors are vital to the success of a school. There will also be a focus on how to develop successful links between home and school.
