Introducing Cup-O-T: Wellness & Therapy Services LIMITED

We’re really looking forward to spending an hour with the Unity MAT team to introduce Cup-O-T and the ways we support young people’s mental health and wellbeing. The session will be a mix of insight and interaction – we’ll map out our own colleague support networks, explore some simple but powerful tools to help stay calm and in control during stressful moments (like when the amygdala tries to hijack us!), and finish with a Q&A and how to work with Cup-O-T. Expect a friendly space with ideas you can use straight away – and maybe even a bit of fun along the way!
